The Challange
Design and develop a platform from the ground-up in a short timeframe that is feature complete and handles large influxes of users without downtime or slowdowns. Ensure timely delivery of rewards to patients and care workers.
Our Goal
- Page Load (time, number of requests) under 1-2 seconds.
- Ability to handle large loads of users without needing to commit to always-on infrastructure
- Data stored for further analysis by reporting tools
Result
Total solution delivered on time, meeting all project objectives. This project resulted in over 75,000 individuals getting vaccinated with the largest share in New York and Georgia. Cloud costs were minimal thanks to extensive use of containerized applications and serverless event processing.
